All Weather Warranty:

Sometimes you're forced to spray under adverse weather conditions. If acceptable control is not achieved after using a Roundup brand agricultural product due to tough conditions, you're covered.

Roundup agricultural herbicides must be used in compliance with label directions. Acceptable weed control is defined by commercially acceptable limits based on product registration trials. Monsanto will refund or credit the purchase amount up to the initial use rate of Roundup WeatherMAX®, Roundup Transorb®HC, or Roundup  Ultra2® herbicide for re-treatment (640 acre maximum)

Crop Establishment Coverage:

There are times when you do everything right and your cropping plans don't work out thanks to Mother Nature. Monsanto has you covered.

When you use Roundup WeatherMAX®, Roundup Transorb® HC, and/or Roundup Ultra2® for a pre-seed burndown application in compliance with label directions and are using good agronomic practices, and the crop on the treated acres fails to establish - forcing you to reseed or fallow the field on or before July 1, of that crop year - Monsanto will refund or credit you for ALL of the Roundup WeatherMAX®, Roundup Transorb® HC, or Roundup Ultra2® used on those acres (640 acre maximum).

30-Minute Rainfast Guarantee:

If Roundup WeatherMAX® does not provide acceptable weed control due to rainfall 30 minutes or more after application, you're covered. Roundup WeatherMAX® must be used in compliance with label directions. Acceptable weed control is defined by commercially acceptable limits based on product registration trials. Monsanto will refund or credit the purchase amount up to the initial use rate of Roundup WeatherMAX® for re-treatment (640 acre maximum).

60-Minute Rainfast Guarantee**:

~ If Roundup Transorb® HC or Roundup Ultra2® do not provide acceptable weed control due to rainfall 60 minutes or more after application, you're covered.  Roundup Transorb® HC or Roundup Ultra2® must be used in compliance with label directions. Acceptable weed control is defined by commercially acceptable limits based on product registration trials. Monsanto will refund or credit up the purchase amount up to the initial use rate of Roundup Transorb® HC or Roundup Ultra2® for re-treatment (640 acre maximum).

Crop Safety Guarantee:

Monsanto guarantees crop safety when using Roundup brand agricultural herbicides on Genuity™ Roundup Ready® crops.

Crop safety with Genuity™ Roundup Ready® crops is an integral part of every Roundup brand agricultural herbicide formulation we create. Monsanto guarantees crop safety on over-the-top applications of Roundup brand agricultural herbicides registered for this use, on plants containing Monsanto's licensed Genuity™ Roundup Ready® technology. If an application of Roundup WeatherMAX® or Roundup Transorb® HC, over the top of any Genuity'™ Roundup Ready® crop is made in compliance with label directions, and the application affects the crop (other than overlap areas) in a manner that results in an economic crop injury, Monsanto will refund or credit up to the initial use rate of the Roundup WeatherMAX®, Roundup Transorb® HC, or Roundup Ultra2® used on the affected areas (640 acre maximum).
